Join me for a Yoga Day Retreat located in the beautiful countryside of Leigh, nr. Sevenoaks, this barn is filled with character and charm, warmth for the soul.

Just 25 minutes from Hayes, our location for the day is just gorgeous. Here we will enjoy a walk through the local countryside, rest, restore and revitalise through our practice whilst laughing and chatting with friends.

There will be 4 - 5 hours of meaningful Yoga through workshops, Vinyasa flow, Pranayama and Meditation.

Just £75 for the whole day with lunch additional (chosen from the venue’s lunch menu upon arrival).

Take time out for you, hunker down and re-energise . Leave feeling refreshed, lighter and brighter.
